Who’s responsible

Two places you can give me data

This site (reinventionengine.co) and the Identity OS Diagnostic (diagnostic.reinventionengine.co). They collect different things, so they’re described separately below.

This website

Browsing it collects nothing. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no cookies. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so loading a page doesn’t tell anyone else you were here.

If you fill in the coaching application form, you give me your name, your email address, your answers to the questions, and, if you came from the diagnostic, its reference code. That goes straight to my inbox as an email and nowhere else. It isn’t stored in a database and it isn’t added to any mailing list. I keep those emails for as long as the conversation is live, and delete them within two years if we don’t end up working together.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form.

The Identity OS Diagnostic

The diagnostic asks you a set of questions and generates a personalised read from your answers. To do that it collects your answers, the results calculated from them, and your email address.

You can answer the questions and see the first part of your result, your archetype and your pillar scores, without giving me anything. Your full map, your two sentences, your first protocol and the downloadable runner file are behind an email address.

Giving me that address also adds you to my email list, so I can write to you about this work. That’s the deal, and I’d rather say it here than bury it. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.

Who else touches your data

I use a small number of services to run this. Each one only receives what it needs.

• Supabase stores diagnostic answers and results. The database is hosted in the EU (London region).
• Anthropic processes your diagnostic answers to write the personalised part of your report. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models.
• Resend delivers your report email and your coaching application to me.
• Kit holds your email address and tags describing your result, so the emails I send you are relevant rather than generic.
• PostHog records anonymous usage of the diagnostic so I can see where people drop off. It’s configured without cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Vercel hosts both sites and keeps standard server logs.

I don’t sell your data, and I don’t share it with anyone beyond the services above.

Deleting your data

Your diagnostic results page has a “delete my data” button. Using it permanently removes your answers, your results and your email from the database, and the link to your map stops working. That happens immediately and I can’t reverse it.

For anything else, including data from the application form, email me and I’ll do it. I aim to action requests within a few days and am required to within one month.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to stop using it, and object to me using it for marketing at any time. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn’t affect anything you already received or your access to your results.

If you think I’ve handled your data badly, tell me first and I’ll try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this changes in a way that affects you, I’ll update the date at the top. Carrying on using the site after that means the updated version applies.
